Tiffin Price Adjustment

Dear Valued Customer,

 

Over the past three years since we began, we’ve done our very best to keep our tiffin prices unchanged. Many of you have been with us since the beginning, and your support has meant the world to us.

 

With rising costs of ingredients, packaging, and operations, it has become increasingly difficult for us to maintain the same rates. To continue providing the quality, homestyle meals you rely on, we will be making a small adjustment to our meal plan prices, effective OCTOBER 6, 2025.

 

We sincerely hope you’ll understand the reason for this change, and we’re deeply grateful for your continued trust, support and encouragement.

*Please note, for the plans that have been purchased BEFORE October 6, 2025, the price will remain locked for the validity of the plan purchased. Once said purchased plan expires, the new plan prices will become effective. 

Statutory Holiday Schedule 2025

​We will be observing all Statutory holidays in 2025, and all our services will be CLOSED on said days:

  • New Year's Day: Wednesday January 1, 2025

  • Family Day: Monday February 17, 2025

  • Good Friday: Friday April 18, 2025

  • Victoria Day: Monday May 19, 2025

  • Canada Day: Tuesday July 1, 2025

  • B.C. Day: Monday August 4, 2025

  • Labour Day: Monday September 1, 2025

  • National Day for Truth & Reconciliation: Tuesday September 30, 2025

  • Thanksgiving Day: Monday October 13, 2025

  • Remembrance Day: Tuesday November 11, 2025

Temporary Pause in Deliveries: May 26-28, 2025

Please note that Bamon's Kitchen will be temporarily pausing operations from

Monday May 26 to Wednesday May 28,

as we transition into our new commercial kitchen location.

Deliveries will resume as usual on Thursday, May 29, 2025


We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time.

*Please note, no meal credits will be lost, they will just get adjusted to the end of the purchased plan.

Once deliveries resume on Thursday May 29, we will continue with your individual meal plan delivery schedule we have on file.

July 12, 2023

Starting today, July 12, 2023, we are partnering and transitioning to using an external tiffin delivery company to deliver our tiffins to our clients. As our client base is growing we want our staff to focus on keeping the quality and taste of the food consistent with our previously held tasty standards you’ve come to love and cherish.

 

We are working very hard to ensure your meals reach you in a timely manner. Please bear with us and thank you all so much for your continuous support, understanding and cooperation, as we go through this transitionary period.

 

Additionally - 

Since we will not be carrying out delivery on our own, from within our small staff, it is crucial that we have all client correct address information/confirmations/corrections/adjustments, etc. relayed to us by you, in good time. Please note: for ANY changes or orders you need to place for the next day, we need to have it communicated to us by 2 PM, daily, via EMAIL only.

 

We have been receiving a lot of emails/texts/calls after work hours (after 6pm), some even in the middle of the night requesting changes for the next day. Please note, while we would like to accommodate these requests, we too have a cut-off time to send information further to the delivery company so they can effectively organize and arrange for timely deliveries of all the tiffins for the next day.

 

Therefore, it is so important that you kindly adhere to the daily deadline of 2 PM to have your requests in place.

 

For example:

 

- All orders/changes placed BEFORE 2 PM, will be processed and delivered the next business day.

e.g. Order placed on Monday 12:52 PM, will be delivered on Tuesday.

 - All orders/changes placed AFTER 2 PM, will be processed and delivered the following business day.

e.g. Order placed on Monday 5:23 PM, will be delivered on Wednesday


 

We will be closely monitoring this transitionary period and the new delivery system and will do our best to keep you updated via our social media platforms and website. Please bear with us as we work hard to make this a smooth experience for all parties concerned.
