No - we are a fully vegetarian facility (with some Vegan + Sattvic/Jain options) . We DO NOT use any meat products and/or eggs at all for any of our preparations.
Yes - we can prepare Vegan and Sattvic/Jain options for most meals. Please select your meal preference on the webform during the purchase process on our website, accordingly.

Basic Plan (3 days/week - 12 tiffins per month)
Standard Plan (4 days/week - 16 tiffins per month)

We provide free lunch delivery to select areas. Refer to the next FAQ for the different areas we deliver to.
We provide free lunch delivery to the following areas:
Monday to Saturday: Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Richmond, and UBC area.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays and Statutory holidays.

Mon-Sat morning hours upto 2PM. Our tiffin (and therefore delivery) quota varies on a daily basis, as we have new clients subscribing, as well as, existing clients pausing and/or renewing/subscribing to alternate plans. The day-to-day traffic scene and circumstances enroute are beyond our control. As a result, delivery timings may vary.
No — we do not provide same-day delivery or evening deliveries. We are a LUNCH tiffin service ONLY.

We put up the weekly menu on our website and follow it as much as possible, however, we are a mass production facility and in various situations (despite all proper planning - we could run short, there could be excessive shrinkage of veggies during cooking, etc.), our primary goal is to ensure a meal reaches each and every client of ours. In such cases, the situation calls for last minute substitutes. We're sure any client would rather have a substituted meal than not receive a meal at all.
Please note that our facility uses common allergens such as gluten, milk, soy, tree nuts, etc.
While we are able to customize your tiffin order to specified quantities, unfortunately, as a mass production facility, we can neither customize/guarantee individual sabjis/daals/items for individual clients, nor confirm that we can provide a client with tailored sabjis/daals/items according to their allergies, as per our policy. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Currently our website is not set up to auto-renew plans. We leave the choice with our clients to renew their plans as and how they require.
To renew your plan, please follow the same steps on our website as you did, when purchasing your plan initially.
Trial plans: No refunds
Monthly plans: Refund possible if 3 or fewer meals have been consumed—with a CAD $20 processing fee plus prorated charges.
Unused plans: A CAD $10 processing fee applies. Refunds are processed within 7 days.

While the delivery drivers do their best to make deliveries to you apartment/unit door, it is subject to them finding parking & gaining access to the requested delivery area. After successful delivery and subsequent notification of the same, the safety of the tiffin remains your responsibility.
Cold food is NOT stale food. At Bamon's Kitchen, we take food quality and safety extremely seriously. All our meals are freshly prepared early each morning in a temperature-controlled commercial kitchen prior to tiffin delivery. We do not reuse or repack previously cooked or stale ingredients for any client — this applies to everything from sabjis and rotis to salads.
